Basic Pieces

Processed with Snapseed.

Wore this ensemble during the last day of our 3 day crash course in Human Resource Management. I find this too simple yet casually smart for the event. Usually when we had to wear civilian attire at work, I try to think about what to wear a day before. Not necessarily that I get the clothes out of my cabinet and fit it but just thinking about what’s good inside my closet and mix and matching them in my mind (now playing… it’s in my head, darling I hope that you’ll be here when I need you the most) haha!

However, there are those days when you just have to pull random clothes and got no care at about how you look. That’s what happened to me during this day and it turned out pretty. One thing that I also like about this ootd is the combination of pricey and thrifty pieces. Yes! they’re pricey for me but I will always value quality and of course it is important that you save for your outfit goals and not just go impulsive buying right? And would you agree with me that the dusk color lipstick completed the look? Hehe!

I think it is always important that we keep more basic  pieces in our closet. As for me, they are always on the go and  you can never go wrong wearing them.
